Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiblet ("jiblet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiblet.cam. Account Registration & Management

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from accounts or instruments belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating source. jiblet will not be liable for any delays in the return of such funds caused by processing times of third-party payment providers.
jiblet does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). jiblet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Where jiblet has reasonable grounds to believe that a deposit was made fraudulently, using compromised payment instruments, or in violation of these Terms, jiblet reserves the right to place a hold on the deposited funds pending investigation and to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

By using jiblet, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiblet:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the jiblet platform or any other player's account
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any jiblet game or system
- Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game

Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jiblet shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the jiblet platform
- Loss of funds caused by your failure to secure your account credentials
- Interruptions to play caused by network outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events
- Technical errors in game software where the error is attributable to a third-party game provider; in such cases jiblet will follow the provider's error resolution process
- Losses attributable to your own gambling decisions
In all cases where jiblet is found liable, jiblet's total liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your jiblet account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension & Termination
Either party may close a jiblet account in the following circumstances:
By You: You may close your jiblet account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. You must not close your account to avoid an ongoing investigation.
By jiblet: jiblet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jiblet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) you are found to be under 21 years of age; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to jiblet.
In the event of account termination for cause, jiblet may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, jiblet may forfeit the balance. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the verified payment source.
Dormant accounts — those with no login or wager for 12 consecutive months — may have a monthly dormancy administration fee applied after jiblet provides notice to the registered contact details. Account balance will not be reduced below zero.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and laws. Philippine players are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines to the extent applicable.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jiblet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jiblet's customer support team at [email protected]. jiblet commits to responding to formal dispute notices within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the relevant regulatory framework governing jiblet's operations.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Amendments to These Terms
jiblet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiblet will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.
For minor or administrative amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates required by law — jiblet may update these Terms without advance notice, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on this page.
Your continued use of jiblet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jiblet and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
